Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include your printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across the United States.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the Ministry warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
